A search can be conducted using the property’s address or Parcel ID. Once located, a comprehensive record of the property can be viewed by clicking the “View Parcel Detail” link. Information contained in the record includes the property characteristics (property type, building description, year built, classification, lot size, images), assessed value history, property tax history and distribution, full legal description, the property documents (parcel abstract, vesting documents, other liens), valuation notices, and tax notices. The Treasurer’s Office is responsible for collecting and allocating property taxes in Davis County. Therefore, individuals can visit the office in person to conduct property tax lookups. The Office is in Room 105 and is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Phone and fax tax record requests can be made to (801) 451-3243 and (801) 451-3111, respectively. The Treasurer's Office also provides access to tax information online through the Davis County Property Search tool. The search criteria are by address or parcel ID.
