Rich County Criminal Records

Rich County records their criminal activity in the form of criminal records. These records cover murders, rapes, burglaries, arson, motor vehicle theft, assaults, and crimes of a sexual nature. The Court of Appeals of Utah holds power to analyze all contested cases across the state. The Court of Appeals oversees all contested decisions made at the 29 county superior and trial courts, including in Rich County.

Nonetheless, every record comes at a cost, as it takes both times to source the records and resources to print them. For instance, birth certificates in Rich County cost $20. Death records in Rich County cost $16. Marriage records in Rich County cost $18.

NOTE - In order to get records, Rich County requesters must adhere to a number of rules. The office has opening times of 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. MST from Monday to Friday. If a requester wishes to attain documents, they must bring some form of photo identification. Photo ID could be a driver's license or state ID.
